First Greens Harvested From DAC’s New Garden

The Independent Living Skills & Social Group enthusiastically built containers and planted a variety of vegetables, herbs, and greens, diligently watered them, and were excited to harvest the fruits of their labor!  Chef Donna who taught the Cooking Matters class graciously returned to whip the harvest into a yummy and nutritious dish that everyone enjoyed!  We look forward to future harvests!
